Anthony Gold Solicitors welcome Tom Jervis as new partner in the injury medical claims team


Anthony Gold is delighted to announce that Tom Jervis has joined the firm as a Partner in the Injury and Medical Claims team. He joins a specialist department at the firm, led by Jackie Spinks and based out of the London Bridge office.
Tom Jervis specialises in complex and high-value cases involving personal injury, clinical negligence and product liability.
Tom brings 20 years of experience representing seriously injured individuals and bereaved families across a wide range of claims, including product liability, clinical negligence, road traffic accidents, employer and public liability cases, professional negligence, inquests and group litigation. He has established a strong reputation for handling high-profile and technically complex cases, often involving multinational corporations, public bodies and cross-jurisdictional issues.
He has particular expertise in cases involving severe and life-changing injuries such as brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations and fatalities, and has extensive experience acting for families in inquests and coronial investigations.
In addition to his litigation work, Tom is a contributing author to Coroners’ Investigations and Inquests, published by LexisNexis, where he has written chapters on media and the law, health and safety at work and product liability.
Tom joined Anthony Gold on 2 March 2026, with his arrival further strengthening the firm’s nationally recognised Injury and Medical Claims practice.
