The way we charge for our services depends on what type of legal issue you have. For many transactional services, such as buying or selling a property or making a will, we are able to provide you with an estimate of costs at the outset.
The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) requires law firms to meet rules on price transparency for certain areas of law. These are listed below and we have provided guidance on our pricing.
Within our commercial and civil dispute resolution team, we are able to share upfront charges in debt recovery cases which are up to ÂŁ100,000). Please note that the exact cost, however, will depend on the individual circumstances of the matter.

For more complex legal problems, where the outcome is less certain, our lawyers charge by hourly rates dependent upon their seniority and experience. Often legal matters are complex and involve multiple parties and all cases are unique. In some cases, we may be able to offer a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA). Your lawyer will advise you at the outset.
