A case manager is an independent healthcare professional who works with you throughout your claim. We aim to appoint a case manager from the outset who will support you on your rehabilitation journey. They will undertake an immediate needs assessment which enables a bespoke rehabilitation and support programme to be developed for you. Our specialist team will then work with the private insurers to secure the necessary funding for your Rehabilitation and support plan.
