Anthony Gold Solicitors welcome Annabel Hayward as Partner in the Family Team

Anthony Gold is delighted to announce that Annabel Hayward has joined the firm as a Partner in the Family team. She joins the specialist department based in the London Bridge office.
Annabel brings over 25 years of experience in family law, advising clients on complex relationship breakdowns, financial disputes and private children matters. Recognised in The Legal 500 as a Recommended Lawyer and ranked in Chambers and Partners, Annabel has built a strong reputation for advising clients in complex divorce and separation cases, particularly those involving high-net-worth individuals and cases with an international dimension.
Annabel joins Anthony Gold from Stowe Family Law, where she was a Partner. Prior to this, she had been a Partner at Hawkins Family Law for over a decade, where she played a key role in developing the firm’s family practice. Hawkins was acquired by Stowe Family Law in 2025, following which Annabel continued to practise as a Partner within the combined firm.
Her practice covers all aspects of family law, including cohabitation disputes, financial remedies following divorce, private children matters and pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements. Annabel has a particular interest in cases involving unmarried couples and disputes under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TOLATA). She is known for her pragmatic and client-focused approach, working closely with clients to secure tailored outcomes and exploring alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration, wherever appropriate.
She is a Collaborative Lawyer, trained family mediator and a Resolution Accredited Specialist in complex financial matters and cohabitation disputes. She is also actively involved in policy and professional development through her work with Resolution, where she sat on the Cohabitation Working Party campaigning for greater legal protection for cohabiting couples.
Annabel’s arrival further enhances Anthony Gold’s Family team and the firm’s ability to advise clients on complex financial divorce cases, cohabitation disputes and children matters, including those requiring specialist expertise and sensitive client care. She will support a broad client base across London and the Oxford–Cambridge Arc, further extending the team’s reach across the capital and the wider Southeast.
Commenting on the appointment, Loraine Davenport, Head of the Family Team at Anthony Gold, said:
