About Kathleen Bennet

Kathleen joined as a Solicitor in the Court of Protection department in March 2024. 

Kathleen assists Deputies David Wedgwood and Alexandra Knipe on a wide range of Property and Affairs Deputyship matters to ensure that the needs of those who lack capacity are met. Kathleen also provides advice and assistance in relation to Deputyship applications and Personal Injury Trusts. 

Kathleen has experience in health and welfare proceedings in the Court of Protection, mental health and private client law, which allows her to provide comprehensive advice and support when assisting vulnerable individuals. 

Kathleen obtained a BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Edinburgh before graduating from the University of Law with distinction in her GDL, LPC and LLM.
