Andrew has assembled a team full of talented, passionate people; many of whom are recognised experts in their field. He is immensely proud of the people he works with, and their involvement in campaigning and undertaking policy work to improve the rights of tenants and leaseholders.
A litigator at heart, Andrew is named in the Hall of Fame in the 2025 Legal 500 in the Social Housing: Tenant category. He has been with Anthony Gold since 1992 and has always been passionate about resolving housing disputes. His everyday focus is on improving his clients’ housing conditions, keeping people in their homes, and ensuring landlord/tenant relationships run smoothly.
In 2019, the Legal 500 described Andrew as “an absolute legend in the housing space” and an “undisputed expert of housing law”. Andrew prides himself on being a solicitor who develops solutions for clients, rather than simply set out problems. Anyone who instructs him can be confident that he has the experience, tenacity, and enthusiasm to achieve their objectives.
