Our team at Anthony Gold have outstanding expertise in family law and pride ourselves on being approachable and relatable. We understand the personal difficulties that divorce can bring up and do not underestimate the emotional impact that separation can have on individuals and their children.
Your well-being is important to us and we adopt a tailored service that is sensitive to your individual needs. We recognise that forming a good relationship with your legal advisor is only one part of helping you through a very difficult and stressful process. Our team are able to recommend therapists to guide you through the profound changes occurring in your life and we can also signpost clients to other professionals that can assist with a particular problem. For example, issues arising from domestic abuse.
Going through any type of legal family issue is never easy and seeking external help can be daunting. We aim to short-cut the process for you of finding the correct therapeutic support to meet your mental health needs.
We also understand that managing legal fees can be difficult when you are feeling emotionally overwhelmed. It is therefore important to ensure that emotional issues do not distract from the legal work we are doing for you as it can raise your costs if additional time is spent discussing these matters. However, it is appropriate for clients to raise mental health issues with us in order that we can assess your case holistically and provide support where possible.
