David Marshall Reappointed As A Civil Procedure Rules Committee Member

We are delighted to report that the Lord Chancellor has announced the reappointment of our Managing Partner David Marshall as one of the legally qualified members of the Civil Procedure Rules Committee (CPRC).

His second term will run for 3 years from 11^th May 2023. The CPRC is the statutory body that governs the practice and procedure to be followed in the Civil Division of the Court of Appeal, the High Court, and the County Court.

David has been Managing Partner for over 20 years and his personal legal practice includes representing clients suffering from complex brain and psychiatric injuries, as well as commercial work. He is recognised in as an “Eminent Practitioner” in Chambers and Partners and a “Hall of Fame” partner in The Legal 500.
