Anthony Gold Solicitors are delighted to announce that the sixth episode of our Court of Protection Conversations series is now live.

This COP Conversation sees Alexandra and Christine discussing topics surrounding drafting expert witness reports, exploring a number of factors and information that is required to help support the drafting process. The podcast looks at the different considerations between future planning in adult cases vs child injury, how to navigate and manage complex family dynamics and expectations, accommodation and more.
Reflecting on the podcast, Christine said: “I was delighted to be asked to take part in this podcast. In recent years, expert witness reports have become an intrinsic part of what I do, in addition to my deputyship work.
