We're sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired.

We are pleased to announce the rescheduling of our eagerly anticipated seminar, ‘Claims for and against Estates’ and networking reception.

We will comprehensively explore the crucial aspects of estate management and litigation using scenarios, followed by a Q&A. Participants will gain an understanding of executors’ roles, along with the protective mechanisms of Blessing and Beddoe Orders, which serve as safeguards for trustees and executors in high-risk decisions and litigation. This session is designed to provide legal professionals with essential insights and practical knowledge in these complex areas of estate law.

Programme:
16:30 – Registration
17:00 – Seminar
18:00 – Refreshments & networking
21:00 – Event ends
