MIAM changes: exemptions, evidence and court forms

To clarify how the Family Procedure Rules 2010 (FPR) changes, effective from 29 April 2024, affect the provisions in relation to MIAM exemptions, I have created:

  1. A table of all the MIAM revisions
  2. A draft of how this is likely to be set into the C100 and Form A forms, compared to previously

Please take these as illustrative, not authoritative.
