Kevin Holding was killed in an accident at work while he was repairing a pop-up urinal. Ian is representing Kevin’s family. His daughter, Karlie, was recently interviewed by the BBC, where she expressed her frustration at the delays with the joint investigation being carried out by the Metropolitan Police and the Health and Safety Executive, and to question why no one has accepted responsibility for the accident which happened over a year ago in January 2023.
