Zafirah joined Anthony Gold as a Paralegal in the Housing and Property Disputes department in January 2024.

She assists Senior Associates Sarah Cummins and Robin Stewart, as well as Associate Solicitor Nikki Basin, in the Private Sector Residential Landlord and Tenant team based at the London Bridge office. Zafirah assists in a variety of cases within landlord and tenant disputes, including complex possession claims, cases involving Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), and Rent Repayment Order (RRO) claims.

Prior to this role, Zafirah gained valuable experience as a Housing Paralegal at a Legal 500 firm, handling matters related to homelessness, possession, unlawful eviction, and disrepair. Additionally, she volunteered as a Legal Administrator at a Law Centre, where she dealt with a range of social welfare issues. She has been a Student Advisor for the BPP and ULaw Legal Advice clinics, and has completed the LLM Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course.
