Hi, my wife and I both need to make Wills and would appreciate some initial advice on what we need to consider and then to have the Wills made up. Nothing too complicated but I have children from my first marriage and we have 2 ourselves. The value of our main Property may also cause some Inheritance Tax issues so advice on how to handle this from a Wills perspective would also be needed.
