Rebecca joined as a solicitor in the Court of Protection department in April 2025.
Rebecca assists Deputies Alexandra Knipe and David Wedgwood on a wide range of Deputyship matters and is based in our London Bridge office.
Rebecca regularly works directly with case managers, financial advisors, Local Authorities, and care teams to ensure that our clients’ needs are met with sensitivity, whilst ensuring that the client’s own wishes and feelings are heard. Rebecca is passionate about protecting vulnerable people from financial abuse.
Rebecca obtained her LLB in Law with Spanish from the University of Sussex and her LLM from Utrecht University in the Netherlands. She completed her LPC at BPP University in London whilst gaining paralegal experience, before qualifying as a solicitor in November 2021. She brings experience in a range of Private Client matters including those dealing with capacity issues such as Lasting Powers of Attorney which she advised on prior to specialising in Property and Affairs Deputyship work in 2023.
