Joanna joined Anthony Gold’s Trusts and Estates department in January 2024. She undertook the Solicitor’s Qualifying Examination (SQE) courses at The University of Law and qualified as a solicitor in September 2023.
She completed her Qualifying Work Experience at a boutique firm in London, where she gained hands-on experience in a wide range of private client matters, as well as residential and commercial property matters. Prior to transitioning into law, she studied Business Management at Queen Mary University of London and holds a master’s degree in accounting from King’s College London.
Joanna directly assists Anna Sibbald and Grainne Feeney. Her experience includes drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, preparing applications for grants of representation, and administering estates. She aims to obtain the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Diploma in the near future.
Joanna takes pride in her work, promotes a client-first approach and is very passionate about the human element of the private client work and always strives to support clients in difficult times.
In her spare time, Joanna enjoys traveling, reading, running, spending time with her family and friends.
