Toby qualified into the Injury & Meical Claims team in April 2024. Working alongside Partner Amanda Hopkins, Toby is involved in handling and assisting on a variety of clinical negligence and personal injury claims.

Before joining Anthony Gold, Toby studied Law at The Open University alongside working as a Personal Injury Paralegal at a law firm based in the Southwest of England. Toby graduated with a Second-Class Honours Degree in 2022 and immediately began studying for the Solicitor Qualifying Exams. He achieved results in the 2nd Quintile for both SQE1 and SQE2, and qualified as a Solicitor in February 2024.

Toby is passionate about obtaining early rehabilitation for his clients. He acknowledges the benefits of collaboration, ensuring that both sides of the proceedings are working together to forward his client’s interests and to secure excellent settlements.
