Tamanna is a lawyer in the Housing and Property Disputes Department based at our office in London Bridge. She has experience in dealing with various landlord and tenant disputes, including advising private residential landlords in commencing possession proceedings and bringing claims in the County Court.
She also advises landlords and agents on claims for rent repayment orders brought by tenants and local authorities and defending claims in the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chambers). She has experience in representing landlords and agents on cases relating to property licensing for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO), in particular, appealing civil penalties and licence conditions.
Prior to joining Anthony Gold, Tamanna worked as a freelance housing paralegal across South London assisting solicitors on various housing matters, in particular, eviction and homelessness cases.
Tamanna graduated from the University of Westminster with a degree in Law. Following this, she completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.
