About Nickiesha Carter

“I appreciate that my clients’ dealings with their home, e.g. sale, purchase, remortgage or transfer, will be one of the most important things that they will do, not to mention being the biggest financial decision that they will make. It is for these reasons that I am committed to doing all that I can to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.”

Nickiesha Carter is a solicitor, based in our Streatham office. She conducts residential property transactions which include leasehold and freehold sales and purchases (including shared ownership leases and leasehold properties with share of freehold), auctions, right to buy purchases, surrenders (sales back to local authorities or housing associations), remortgages (including buy to lets), private loans, transfers of equity (changes in joint ownership of property) and declarations of trusts.

Nickiesha is meticulous and professional but friendly. She enjoys the transactional nature of her work and helping her clients achieve their desired outcomes. She tries her utmost best to meet their immediate and long term needs and desires. This includes overcoming obstacles which arise and bringing transactions to satisfactory conclusions.

Ensuring her clients know how their conveyancing transaction is progressing is of utmost importance to Nickiesha. They appreciate this. Nickiesha also focuses on keeping good relationships with estate agents and lenders. This helps ensure that her clients’ matters proceed swiftly and smoothly.

Having completed a law degree Nickiesha went on to complete the Legal Practice Course with a distinction.
