Lucy joined Anthony Gold’s Property department in July 2024. Lucy previously worked at Anthony Gold as a Paralegal at the start of her career and has now returned as an Associate.

Lucy has experience working at several city firms and deals with a wide range of property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, drafting new leases, and transfers of equity. She acts for a variety of clients including individuals, lenders, companies and property developers.

Her experience has seen her acting for companies dealing with selling leasehold properties on new developments, acting on sales and purchases in some of London’s exclusive estates and acting for high net worth clients.

Lucy is keen to ensure the client is at the centre of their matter and works hard to find practical solutions to ensure matters proceed as smoothly as possible.
