Lauren is a specialist solicitor in leasehold extensions and leasehold enfranchisement. She is based in both our Streatham and London Bridge offices. Day to day, Lauren reviews leases and advises clients on their extension rights, especially in cases where the lease is of short duration. She also advises and represents leaseholders on the right to manage, and cases involving service charge disputes. She is unafraid to launch tribunal proceedings if freeholders do not agree on extension or enfranchisement terms.
Lauren enjoys the challenge of her work and the supportive environment of her team, which is led by Ian Mitchell. She is reliable, efficient, and highly organised. As a trained dancer and poetry writer, she is a creative person who has a gift for finding innovative solutions to legal problems. Clients can trust that Lauren will resolve their dispute swiftly and cost-effectively.
Lauren is a vegan and outside of work is devoted to her yoga practice.
