About Hema Vekaria

Hema joined Anthony Gold in August 2017, having qualified as a solicitor in 2013. She is a Senior Associate who works under the supervision of partner Ian Peters.

 Hema is recognised in The Legal 500 Directory as a key lawyer. Her caseload of ranges from clients who have often suffered a major trauma from serious road traffic collisions to employers and public liability matters.

She is focused on providing an excellent client service and is approachable and compassionate towards her clients who are often vulnerable. Hema is dedicated to supporting her clients through every aspect of their claim, and more importantly focussed on securing vital funding for rehabilitation for her clients early on into the claims process. £700,000 Motorcycle Injury Settlement

Hema represented a 50-year-old pillion passenger who suffered catastrophic right-arm injuries in a motorcycle accident, leaving him unable to return to work as an AV light and sound technician. She secured early rehabilitation and robust loss-of-earnings evidence, achieving a £700,000 settlement at a joint settlement meeting.

£350,000 Serious Injury Settlement

Hema represented a 28-year-old passenger who sustained multiple life-threatening injuries, including a complex ankle fracture, traumatic aortic injury, internal organ damage and PTSD. She secured private funding for urgent surgery and, supported by detailed medical evidence, achieved a £350,000 settlement.
