Eleanor Kyle is a solicitor in the Housing and Property Disputes Department at Anthony Gold, based in our South London office at London Bridge.
Eleanor previously worked in community development, before retraining in law, at Queens University Belfast and University of Law, Bloomsbury. Before joining Anthony Gold she volunteered and worked for Hackney Community Law Centre, where she advised clients facing homelessness and welfare benefit difficulties. She joined Anthony Gold as a trainee solicitor, and completed a seat in the Commercial and Contentious Probate Department, before moving to the Housing Department, where she managed her own caseload of disrepair and nuisance claims.
She has experience advising tenants and leaseholders in disrepair and nuisance claims, discrimination claims, defending possession proceedings, and challenging homelessness decisions. She has acted for individual clients, and for clients who are part of group actions.
