Christopher is an Associate in the Commercial team, specialising in disputes surrounding wills, trusts and probate. His work encompasses disputes over the validity of wills, testamentary capacity, undue influence, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and disputes over the administration of trusts and estates. Prior to joining Anthony Gold, Christopher worked at a Legal 500 firm in Buckinghamshire.
Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Spanish from the University of Exeter, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and Master of Science in Law, Business & Management (MSc/LPC) degree from the University of Law in London.
Christopher is a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust & Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and is a member of the Contentious Trusts Association (ConTrA).
