We take NQ Solicitors both from our trainees and from external applicants. We recognise that the transition from being a trainee solicitor/Legal Executive to a qualified solicitor/ Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX) is a challenging transition and we aim to support our NQ solicitors/FCILEX with this transition by buddying them with someone who has also recently gone through this process.
Solicitors/ Chartered Legal Executives
We on occasions recruit externally for experienced individuals. To support and develop experienced lawyers is important to us and we have a clear career path to Partnership and look to develop individuals to be well rounded in their skills and capabilities. We have a 0-6 year PQE peer group which is run by individuals within these parameters and we look for training to support them in their development at these meetings. Many have become involved in our Responsible Business, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion committee, Employee Forum, Mental Health Champions and other activities within the firm to develop themselves and well as supporting others.
