Grainne is a Joint Head of the Trust and Estates department based in the London Bridge office. With over 20 years’ experience, she is a specialist in non-contentious Court of Protection matters, including deputyships for people who become mentally incapacitated through illness or personal injury.
As someone who cares deeply about making a difference in people’s lives, Grainne manages personal injury trusts for both adults and children and deals with multi-jurisdictional health and welfare matters. Grainne also completes annual reports, personal tax returns, and makes associated applications to the Court. She also liaises with local authorities, care agencies, and medical professionals on behalf of her clients.
