Philip Cartin joined Anthony Gold in August 2023 as a partner in the Property department. He studied History and Anthropology at Queens University Belfast. He subsequently attended the College of Law and qualified as a solicitor in 1998.

Philip worked for many years at a respected South London High Street practice becoming an equity partner there from 2004 to 2023. During that time he won a national award for providing pro bono legal advice to several local charities. He was the Head of the Property Department for over 20 years.

Philip has a wide range of property transactional experience in both residential conveyancing and commercial conveyancing.

When relaxing Philip enjoys watching sports and can often be found attending matches at what could be loosely described as his football team!
