Understanding Inheritance Claims: Week Overview

This week at Anthony Gold we are running our series Understanding Inheritance Claims. Throughout the week partners Beth Holden, Oliver Jackson and solicitor Tom Dickinson will be providing advice for individuals, who have been left out of a will or where there is no will, outlining whether they would be eligible to make a claim against an estate.
This is how the week is structured:
Monday – Oliver Jackson discusses obtaining a legacy.
Tuesday – Beth Holden discusses interim orders in Inheritance Acts claims
Wednesday – Tom Dickinson discusses claiming as a cohabitant
Thursday – Beth Holden offers a case study analysis of Re H (Deceased)
Friday – Frequently asked questions session with Oliver Jackson and Tom Dickinson
In today’s video instalment of Understanding Inheritance Claims Oliver Jackson gives an overview of who might be eligible to claim against an estate.
Tune into Anthony Gold all this week for our video and blog series which explores the ins and outs of inheritance claims. We will be releasing a new video or blog each morning as the series builds throughout the week.
