Based in our London Bridge office, Tom joined Anthony Gold as a trainee in September 2015 and qualified as a solicitor into the firm’s Commercial and Civil Dispute Resolution team in September 2017. He was promoted to Partner in April 2024.
Tom now specialises in contentious trust and probate litigation and has a broad caseload which includes: will disputes, trust disputes, disputes involving Personal Representatives and trustees and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. He has experience acting for vulnerable individuals and regularly undertakes work on behalf of the Official Solicitor.
Tom is excellent with clients and will work hard to ensure that they understand every stage of the legal process. He is pragmatic and will work tirelessly to achieve the best possible result for his clients.

Outside of work, Tom is a keen runner and enjoys playing football.
