Madeeha is a Solicitor in the Housing and Property Disputes Department at Anthony Gold Solicitors, based at our London Bridge office. She brings a wealth of experience in both contentious and non-contentious housing matters, having acted for a wide range of clients including tenants, private and social landlords, managing agents, and leaseholders.
Madeeha specialises in complex housing litigation and property disputes, with a particular focus on:

• Unlawful and retaliatory eviction
• Possession proceedings (including those involving vulnerable tenants)
• Homelessness reviews and Section 204 appeals
• Service charge and breach of lease disputes

She has a strong track record of successfully resolving high-stakes disputes, both through litigation and negotiated settlements. Her caseload often involves complex legal and factual issues, including multitrack matters arising under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA), as well as contentious probate proceedings.
Madeeha also has experience in public law, having brought successful homelessness judicial review challenges against local authority decisions. Her ability to navigate both housing and public law frameworks gives her a distinctive advantage in achieving positive outcomes for her clients.
She is known for her strategic approach, client-focused advice, and her ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy.
Madeeha completed her Law LLB in 2015 and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course in 2017. She trained at a leading Legal 500 firm, where she gained broad litigation experience before qualifying as a solicitor in 2019. Since then, she has built a reputation for her strong advocacy and dedication to access to justice in the housing sector.
