About Lauren Bailey

Lauren is a Solicitor in the Housing and Property Disputes Department, based in our London Bridge office. 

Lauren has a broad range of experience in representing tenants and leaseholders where their landlords have failed to comply with the legal obligations, particularly where there is disrepair and poor housing conditions. She also has experience in defending possession claims, homelessness and working on complex multi-party claims. She also advises landlords on bringing possession proceedings and starting claims in the County Court. 

Lauren was closely involved in the firm’s representation of a survivor of the Grenfell Tower fire during the Grenfell Tower Inquiry. She is experienced in cladding and fire safety issues and can provide advice and representation to leaseholders, freeholders and management companies. 

Lauren graduated from the University of Birmingham with a 2:1 in Law in 2021. She joined Anthony Gold in 2021, where she completed her training. She qualified as a solicitor in 2023. She also completed a Master’s degree in Legal Practice in 2024.
