In our experience a face to face meeting can often help to focus the mind and narrow the issues between parties trying to reach a settlement.
This dispute resolution method is where clients and their lawyers sit around the table (or by zoom meeting) and negotiate. This will come after all of the evidence and disclosure has been produced and the parties’ are looking to finalise an agreement, but may be stuck for whatever reason. This can be one meeting or more if needed. This is an efficient way of concluding matters where both parties’ aim is to “do a deal”.
