Based in our south London Offices at London Bridge, Victory is an Associate Solicitor in our housing and property disputes team.  Working closely with Sara Stephens, he specialises in housing disrepair cases, defending possessions, judicial reviews around homelessness, and new build home disputes.

Like everyone in our housing team, Victory combines steely commercial insight with a passion for helping others and achieving justice.  Many of his clients are in vulnerable positions, and Victory gets significant satisfaction from accomplishing positive results, the type of which truly do change people’s lives.

Housing law is constantly subject to change; therefore, Victory takes keeping updated on developments seriously.  He is scrupulously receptive to his client’s needs and provides expert advice in a warm and friendly manner.

Victory also volunteers for street café; a social justice group which serves the homeless through the provision of food and signposting the homeless to services.  He has been a volunteer since September 2017, and this is where he developed his interest in housing law.
