Elizabeth is a clinical negligence solicitor in the injury and medical claims department at Anthony Gold.
Her practice includes claims arising from surgical and clinical error, misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis of cancer, GP negligence and orthopaedic, obstetric and gynaecology, urology, plastic surgery, stroke and fatal claims. Elizabeth also assists Jackie Spinks, Partner in her catastrophic spinal and brain injury claims.
Elizabeth studied History at the University of York and completed the GDL and the LPC at the University of Law, Bloomsbury. Prior to joining the Anthony Gold Elizabeth worked as a paralegal representing claimants in the clinical negligence department of a central London firm. Elizabeth commenced her training contract in September 2018 under the supervision of Partner, Jackie Spinks assisting in complex and high-value personal injury claims. Elizabeth qualified as a solicitor into the IMC department in March 2020.
Elizabeth is dedicated to keeping the injured person at the focus of the case and strives to fight for justice for each client. Elizabeth has a particular interest in claims involving women’s health and feels strongly about redressing gender inequalities in healthcare.
