Ongoing response to COVID-19
Our clients continue to be fully supported by our staff continuing to work from home, until we are advised by the government that we can make a return to the offices. During lockdown we have maintained a core administration staff at our offices in London Bridge, Streatham and Walworth Road to support the work with our clients. This has involved receipt, scanning and printing of documents, bundles for court etc.
Our solicitors have on occasions visited our offices for essential meetings with our clients on pre-arranged appointments. Social distancing and continued diligent hygiene practices have been in place for the client meetings and for our staff working at our offices.
These good and thorough hygiene practices have now been added to by the completion of a government risk assessment. Please be reassured that if you need to visit one of our offices, we are fully compliant with the government risk assessment requirements which covers, social distancing, movement within the office, good hygiene practice and availability of hand gel and antibacterial cleaning of frequently touched surfaces. Our clients and staff are important to us and we wish to ensure that our hygiene standards remain high.
Over time, when appropriate, our staff will make a gradual return to our offices for continued important client meetings, knowing that they are fully prepared for their return. In the meantime, we will continue to work with you through telephone, e-mail, zoom and other forms of technology.
