Understanding heat networks & your rights
Ticket sales for this event have now ended, please contact events@anthonygold.co.uk to request late registration
If you’re dealing with high bills, heating outages, or confusion around how your building’s heating is managed, this session will help you make sense of heat networks and what you can do when they aren’t working for you.
We’ll explore how heat networks function, how costs are applied, how they relate to rent, and what practical steps residents have taken to challenge poor service or push for improvements. You’ll also learn about your legal rights when it comes to the p
rovision of heating and hot water, including what to do if your supply is unreliable or inadequate.
The session will end with an open Q&A, where you can ask questions, share your experience, and connect with others navigating similar issues.
Reserve your place now to attend in person at our London Bridge office or join us online from anywhere.
