Tom Fuller is a paralegal in the Court of Protection department working between the London Bridge and Streatham Offices. He graduated from the University of Reading with a Law Degree in 2020 and joined Anthony Gold in July 2020. He completed his LPC and Masters at BPP Holborn in 2023.

Tom Fuller has experience assisting with a number of ongoing Property and Financial Affairs Deputyships and completes the annual financial accounts for the Court of Protection team’s clients. He works closely with clients and their families, understanding their needs and making sure matters are progressed in their best interest.

Tom Fuller also works alongside the Trust team to assist with administering complex estates and assists with managing the day-to-day running of high-profile Personal Injury and Discretionary Trusts. He has experience preparing the end of year accounts, building works to adapt a property and liaising closely with vulnerable beneficiaries and their client’s professional health care teams.
